Our products are digital downloads — because of this, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once files have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or the files are materially different from their description, we will resolve this promptly and at no cost to you.
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If you are genuinely not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the transaction date, and you have not yet accessed or downloaded the files, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, please email us at info@domain.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
